Jason and his team from Iconic Homes did a fantastic job on our renovation, which was a complicated project with a few challenges thrown in along the way. As both builder and project manager, Jason focuses on a high quality finish, he communicated clearly throughout, managed the subcontractors seamlessly, and kept a close eye on the budget. He found creative ways to stay on budget without ever cutting corners or compromising on quality. His team of builders and contractors were great to have around — friendly, professional, and reliable. Five years on, the reno has definitely stood the test of time and we’re still absolutely thrilled with the end result. I would highly recommend Jason and Iconic Homes to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy builder.

We were fortunate to have Iconic Homes build a two bedroom cottage on our lifestyle block and could not be happier with the result. Visitors to the cottage are unanimous in their praise for the quality of the construction and attention to detail. Jason and his team overcame many challenges (terrible weather, site access constraints, consent issues and delays, design changes, etc.) to deliver a first-class project. He has very high standards (often being even pickier than I am...) and his team is highly skilled to be able to meet these standards. He also uses tradespeople (electrician, tiler, painter, etc.) with similarly high standards and skills. We were overseas when the cottage was being built. Jason provided regular updates on progress. He was also a strong advocate for us in resolving issues that arose with suppliers, the Council, etc., which gave us peace of mind. Jason's pricing was fair and transparent. If you want the cheapest price, Iconic Homes may not be the company for you, but if you want top quality construction, they come highly recommended.

Jason and his team are exceptional! Having worked with a number of other build teams in the past, on various size projects, I can say Iconic Homes and Jason really standout from the rest. Our renovation with Iconic Homes has been a large villa, almost completely rebuilt. Jason has been a true professional and the workmanship of his team and sub-trades superb. Communication, team work and transparency are key in these projects, and his team excels in these areas. Their knowledge and experience is wide and it shows. Large projects like ours can be stressful, however we have not found this working with Jason. We trust Jason 100% and would have no hesitation in working with him and his team again.

Iconic Homes have just started work on our extensive renovation and we know they will do a stunning job. They previously fully gutted & renovated our family home which still looked like new 8 years later when we sold, which is a testament to their quality workmanship. Jason and his team are a dream to work with; their attention to detail, communication, tidiness and reliability is incredible. They also co-ordinate plumbers / electricians / painters etc so everything runs smoothly. Iconic Homes are the only building company I will work with and I have recommended them to everyone I know.
