Our 1920s house was very run down inside and needed a new roof with reframing required. The wiring needed replacing, insulation installed, new laundry cabinets were built, new toilet and basin, wallpaper striped and rooms repainted with new tiling in the bathroom and kitchen and flooring. James staff were all friendly and great workers. He organised all the materials required and the trades people and we would recommend all of them as well. James had excellent ideas when I wasn't sure what would look good and was always very obliging and accommodating for anything we wanted. Being an older house there were a lot of issues discovered and nothing was a problem for him to rectify. Can’t rate James Hunt and his team highly enough.

The team at James Hunt Residential recently completed a renovation of two of our rooms. The quality of work and thought that went into the work that was completed was amazing. Every detail was considered from how doors would open so they would not scrape against skirting to ensuring that issues were quickly fixed and solutions offered - could not recommend them highly enough to complete a renovation and especially on older homes

Can't rate James and his team highly enough. We had a house fire, which was quite an ordeal. James handled everything for us - insurance, all the trades involved (electrician, plumber, brickie, carpet layer, blinds, window glass, painter, roofing, heat pump company and builders of course) He organized the skip and scaffolding, Did all the cleanup too. With James as project manager we didn't have to do or organise a thing. He handled all the invoices too. Not an easy task to replace a roof in Canterbury in winter! We are very grateful to the whole team. If you are looking to build or renovate - planned or unplanned - James Hunt Residential should be your first port of call. Great job team!
