This lack of professionalism and courtesy significantly impacted my overall satisfaction with the purchase. It is essential for potential buyers to be aware of these challenges, enabling them to make informed decisions when contemplating a house and land package. Improved communication, quality construction, and a more customer-friendly approach could greatly enhance the overall experience for future buyers. Despite our initial trust in Jennian due to their longstanding reputation, our experience was the opposite. It serves as a reminder not to blindly trust and invest hard-earned money in low-quality construction. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, leading to positive changes for those considering similar investments in the future.
Bought a house from Jennian Homes in Hamilton about 5 months back. We are encountering way too many issues with the house at this point in term of finishing. The lack in finishing isn't limited to just the inside of the house, but stretches to the outside of the house, with the Landscapers they appointed. Would not recommend using or buying from them. Much better builders out there.
