I have purchased newly built house and moved in last Friday the 24th of June 2022. Within a week power went off due to main switch was burning as it hasn't been installed properly. As we have warranty I rang customer service but they just simply ignore me by saying we didn't switch the power and didn't answer my phone call after that. Very poor customer service. And couldn't trust these people at all.
