Gillian, Gavin, James and the rest of the team at Keith Hay Homes in Henderson are fantastic. The experience from day 1 of meeting Gillian and walking through show homes and examples of the high quality of homes they produced provided us with the comfort that what we were seeking would be achieved to the highest of standards. Customer centric and genuine...can't beat that combo. Gillian’s communication is second to none. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and understanding…everything you look for when undertaking a big decision as a family. Nothing was too hard or too much. Fantastic from start to finish including following up with the final touches and checking in to see how everyone is settling in. Gavin was fantastic, often coming in his own time to get ahead of the game but also managing the project expertly. It was great to know we were in the hands of someone so experienced and personable as this took away any stresses we had. James runs a great team at Keith Hay in Henderson and we always felt part of the team and family when we would visit to choose finishing’s, paint colours or check the progress. Thank you again Gillian, Gavin and James but also the entire team we met over the project. We are thoroughly happy and impressed with the finished project. We approached "North and West" Henderson Branch back in Aug 2016 after buying a site in Beach Haven. We built our First Home in Beach Haven, Auckland which involves so many mix emotions. We choose "First Choice 95 Boxed End Gable" with 3 Beds, 2 Bathrooms and 1 Living of 95m2. We are fortunate to have Branch Manager James W and his team, are exceptional at what they do. Exceptionally well run even when we had some major hiccups like Project manager leaving in the middle of the project. Building a home requires lot perseverance and work together as a team and nothing is too much trouble. Very professional, reliable, honest and trustworthy. Highly recommend without a doubt ! I see new dwellings now popping up with no views or backyard. We so glad we picked a tricky site which now has the best views of Rangatira Reserve and Kahika Stream!!!

I have been searching the market for a house/bach to put on a beach section. I found the service provided by Gillian Firth at Keith Hay homes in Henderson outstanding. She understood our needs and budget and worked quickly to source a suitable home. Gillian was fast, professional, helpful and was onestep ahead. It made the whole exercise easy.
