I had high hopes when I chose Kenepuru Homes, assuming that being new builders, they would prioritize quality and reputation. However, my experience has been entirely the opposite. Not only is this builder unprofessional, but their after-sales service is nonexistent. I've been waiting for maintenance on my new build for eight months, and it's still pending. Once they sell you the house, they completely disregard their responsibilities.
