Kennedy Builders - South Island builders

This builders came to fix the flood damage at my rental property. Overall pretty low quality job, i would not recommend to others. They falsely stated to the property manager that they had been refused access on multiple occasions. This is a downright lie, no body has even been in touch let alone refused access. My experience with kennedy builders is really bad and they do average work at best. Not recommended.

We had to have our shower replaced. Jazz and the team came in and did an amazing job. Great people very polite and friendly. Would highly recommend!

This firm continues to amaze. We recarpeted and realised doors needed trimming. Called Kennedy’s and explained issue and our tight time frame. They said leave it with us. Arrived this morning and the job was done! Speedy, efficient, it doesn’t get any better than this and so nice to deal with.

This is the second bathroom renovation we have undertaken with Kennedy Construction. Each time we have been highly impressed by their efficiency, speed of communication, the quality of the work, their pricing and adaptability. A great team to deal with.

CURRENTLY are heavily involved with Stripout & Restoration/reinstatement works for the many floodstricken homes, garages & sleepouts - but also water-leaks & fire-damaged homes... when this Insurance settles down, they'll be back focussing on new builds & building alterations as per NORMAL❗ Had a log come in through the back door, a landslide through your home right into the kitchen/dining/lounge❓ - they'll dig it, & strip it all out, clean up & rebuild your dream again👍😎
