We engaged Keri Build to compete some work on our property in order to apply for an historic ccc. Steve provided an estimate of the work and kept in touch with us along the way when the scope of the work varied from what was originally described. He assisted us in understanding what needed to be done and why, and communicated effectively which was important given that we live out of town. The council reviewer was happy with the quality of the work and the way it photographically documented along the way. Ultimately this resulted in us having our historic ccc approved . We are very happy with the work Steve competed on our property and as such recommend Keri Build to others .
