Heleen and the team have been fantastic to work with. They understood our budget, were incredibly accommodating, and were willing to adapt to the unique needs of our project. We’re also really happy with the colour choices and products Heleen helped us select. Her knowledge of the products, styles and colours is exceptional. Definitely recommend if you’re after a judgment-free, practical shopping experience with a team who truly understand the real costs involved in renovating and keep things realistic.

We are so happy with the awesome service we got at Flooring Xtra Kerikeri. The staff are friendly and Jessica was so knowledgeable and helpful. Made the process so much easier than we expected. The carpet installers were such great guys and they did a amazing job. Just so pleased with the whole experience and our lovely new carpet.

In a country full of average service providers - and in particular in Northland where service is frequently abysmal - WOW, the Kingscourt team are simply OUTSTANDING! Helene's delightful assistance in store was great, with Gordon promptly following up over the phone. Jessica was an absolute pleasure to engage with at my home, with her listening into my desires and welcomed guidance on fabric selection, styles, colour matching etc. And not to be left out - Karl also came with great customer rapport when it was time for curtains and blinds installation.
