With the housing shortage in PN, we were investigating a first home purchase for an associate. Following all the avenues potentially available meant looking into a new build as well as already established properties. The team at Kynoch Construction responded to our first contact, answered all of our questions promptly and helpfully, and left us feeling that if all the factors aligned to use a company to build, they would do a great job. Thanks for a great experience!
We had a clever living house built by Kynoch - and we're so happy with it. There were a couple of issues along the way, but they always dealt with them quickly and effectively. Definitely recommend them if you're looking for something similar.
