Labella have been amazing to deal with. We decided we needed some new office cupboards early December, Louise came out the same week I contacted them to do a measure up and quote and we had them fitted before we closed for Christmas. Cupboards look amazing. I highly recommend using Labella; great communication, quality work and quick turn around time

Labella Kitchens is an easy going company that provides many great ideas. Their quality of product is quite high and a good value, while their staff are absolutely lovely to work with. I would highly recommend this business if you are looking for one.

We recently worked with Labella, and we’re honestly so happy with how everything turned out. From the beginning, Louise really listened to what we wanted and came up with a design that totally fits our style and how we use the space. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free. Louise was always quick to respond, super organised, and had great ideas that we hadn’t even considered. I cannot recommend this company, as I would like to be able to do. The initial installation of our new kitchen was delayed as the bench top material, which had been chosen many months previously, was not in the country when the kitchen was ready to be installed. Once the kitchen was installed, it was evident that there were multiple defects, the most obvious being a bowing of a laundry hanging rail that was installed too tightly. Rather than having a grand reveal of a lovely finished kitchen it was a drip by drip process. Once finally all installed, modified and paid for, a chip appeared on the corner of our intergrated dishwasher. I was told I would need to pay for a whole new door panel as this was classed as 'wear and tear' by the manufacturer. The attitude of the company changed from pleasant and warm prior to payment to dismissive and unhelpful once there was nothing further to be gained from us. A brand new kitchen is a long held dream for a lot of people and I can't say I ever had that feeling of delight on completion of a perfect new space. Very disappointing.

We needed a new Laundry and found Louise easy to work with. Always available to answer questions and helped us make the correct decision. Laundry was installed on time by Simon who did a great job. Thanks Labella Kitchens for making the job stressless.
