Our journey with Landmark Homes South Auckland & Franklin has been nothing short of exceptional. Throughout the building process, Michael and Colleen, the Franchise Owners, provided continual support and guidance, while Merv, our Project Manager, ensured that every detail was executed to perfection. One of the most significant aspects of our experience was the team's commitment to understanding our requests. They listened carefully to what we wanted and delivered a new home that truly reflected our vision. We built with Adam back in 2020/2021 and genuinely enjoyed the experience from start to finish. Building a home can be a big, sometimes overwhelming journey, but Adam made it feel easy, collaborative, and even exciting. What’s been just as valuable is that our relationship didn’t end when the build was complete. My partner and I are now exploring our next property opportunity, and Adam has remained a constant, trusted presence. Whether it’s sharing real estate contacts, pointing us toward land opportunities, or simply acting as a sounding board while we figure out what feels right for us, he’s always there. Adam is someone we trust completely. He’s approachable, knowledgeable, and incredibly generous with his time. He has a great design eye and a real feel for what works, but just as importantly, he listens. We’ve always felt that he genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for us, not just the quickest one. We also really value the level of care and discretion he brings, especially when navigating personal decisions and sensitive information. Dear Collen & Michael, Thanks for everything you both been helping us when we are so lost since our previous builder in liqutation. We like the way you both organise, follow up and always give us update with no waste time what we need.
