Landmark Homes Christchurch & Canterbury

Thank you to Amanda from Landmark homes. Recently I looked into the process of building and come across Amanda at the Landmark show homes. Amanda was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She would periodically touch base to see how things were progressing my end. I was really impressed with this as many other home building companies did not follow up. We first made contact with Amanda in the Christchurch office in 2023 with the view to building a new home in Canterbury. Over the next 14 months Amanda stayed in contact suggesting areas and sections which might suit us. Landmark Homes was always our first choice if we were to build due to the obvious quality of the show homes and plans we discussed. Working with Amanda and recently with Coralie was a pleasure in every respect. Even we eventually found an existing property to buy they were super helpful with many great suggestions. Should we decide to build in the future The Landmark Christchurch office would be our first port of call. Highly recommended.

First contact we made with Landmark we were very lucky that Amanda kept true to her word. It was tough times to secure a build at that time and she had already received three to four more calls of people that were interested. We met up the following day to go through house plans etc. Amanda was full of great advice and helped us make slight adjustments to the plan that we wouldn’t have picked up on otherwise. So to all the team at Landmark thanks for the great build from the office to the project managers to the builders, thanks for making our journey enjoyable, highly recommend Landmark on your next build. We were on the hunt for a building company who would be able to follow our vision & Landmark came up with the goods, when others said it was too hard. It has been a pleasure working with Amanda. She has shared her own personal building experience with us and as someone who needs more visuals, that was greatly appreciated. First walk into a Landmark Home, Rangiora, changed our minds to building our dream home. Meeting, listening to and working with Amanda - secured our new build with the company. Not only highly professional, great experience of what works best, instant knowledge of measurements, figures - outstanding. Landmark are very lucky to have such a skilled and passionate consultant.
