High recommend Trina at latitude homes. She is so passionate about helping you get into a home that is special and unique to you - I don’t think you come across that level of passion very often!

We cannot say enough about Latitude Central! We came to them after noticing a few red flags with the company we were previously communicating with. From the very first meeting, it was clear that Latitude Central cares about your dream and family first and foremost. They welcomed input from the kids, involved all of us in the design phase and site visits, and asked the right questions to ensure we got the plans right. Graham is not just a face on a big billboard, he is hands-on and family-focused. Trina feels like a long-lost family friend who was just as excited as us about each stage. Maree was an excellent communicator and very responsive. Anton is a stickler for detail and sets super high standards - and we are living in a beautiful home thanks to all of this. Any contractors we met along the way spoke of how Latitude is a great company to work for and said we would get a top-notch home at the end. The work site was always tidy too! We adore our new home. We thought we have favourite spots within in but it's all amazing. They may have done too good a job as we can't imagine living anywhere else, but if our situation was to change we would certainly build with Latitude Central again and encourage everyone who is considering a build to have a meeting with them. What I thought would be a really stressful journey has just been awesome! Fun, exciting, low-stress and so worthwhile! Thank you to the whole team at Latitude Central. We will forever be grateful for what you have given our family.

We are very happy with the end result, good communications through out from the team from the start till the end of the build, quality products and sub contractors used. Highly recommend!

The Latitude team both in Taranaki and Palmerston North (they cover this entire area) are simply amazing! We have just finished our second home with the team at our site in Whanganui and I can highly recommend them. From the owners of the business, through to their team and sub-contractors - everyone is professional and if they say something will get done it gets done! You can tell its a well oiled team who work well together. We highly recommend this team for your next build.
