Latitude Homes - Waikato

We have very recently just moved into our newly built home via Latitude Waikato. Noel was a pleasure to deal with at the beginning, so helpful in allowing us to alter their plans. During the build Darrin, Karen and Matt were great to deal with. Communication was super and all were quick to respond and help when needed. This is our first home and Building was quite a process especially for our first home but Darrin and Sue and their team made it a little easier. We had a budget and Latitude allowed us to build what we wanted without compromising much at all. House has turned out fantastic and we are in love! Thank you :)

We can't speak highly enough of the entire team. The communication was exceptional. We were always kept informed every step of the way, and every question we had was answered promptly and thoroughly. Latitude Homes Waikato built us a spectacular house in Raglan. Working initially with Noel to create the perfect fit for our tricky sloped site, he was very patient with us and was able to get us exactly what we wanted to build on our section. Matt project managed and got everything done to a very high standard and kept everything running smoothly. Karen's communication throughout the process was excellent with regular updates. She is very thorough and a real pleasure to work with. We really appreciated the work the whole team at Latitude put in to producing a dream home. We also met the owners Sue and Darrin who are very committed and passionate about their work. We would 100% build our next house with the team at Latitude again! We explored a range of home-building options here in the Coromandel and initially felt that a transportable home might be the easiest path forward. However, after visiting a Latitude show home, it quickly became clear that it aligned perfectly with what we were looking for in both design and quality. Our early conversations with Noel soon developed into a well-considered plan, and before long we had a detailed proposal in hand — one that met our needs beautifully and remained within our budget. From the very first turn of soil through to completion, the entire experience was seamless and genuinely stress-free. Karen in the office was an absolute pleasure to deal with; nothing was ever a problem, and her organisation and communication ensured everything ran smoothly. We had heard plenty of horror stories about builds going off track or budgets blowing out, but thankfully we experienced none of that. Instead, we now have a beautiful new home on a tidy, well-presented site — and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
