Another example of why this company has so many 1 star negative reviews about its drivers. A Legacy Construction branded ute door was slammed into my parked car with no care, apology or even a check for damage - apparently acceptable behaviour to fit in a giant inflatable birthday balloon - Perhaps your drivers should consider how they reflect your company.

Legacy Joinery are a fantastic company. The joinery exceeded my expectations on every level.

Would I use this company again - NEVER. They truely are an awful company to deal with. They don't know the meaning of customer service or customer focus. They treat their customers like they are a nuisance and threaten them with their lawyer unless their bills are paid immediately - substandard workmanship or not. Their subcontractors and managers are known to swear at clients if they complain about the quality of workmanship. They deliver poor quality and are often late. They want access to the property when it is convenient to them, never mind if it is inconvenient to the client. And then they claim access was denied and try to get away with not having to complete their contract. They take no responsibility of the extra damage they have caused while supposedly performing remediation work. Their favourite justification is "consequential damage". Instead they leave their client with another repair bill to face. Legacy leaves behind a bad legacy, so don't give them your hard earned money. BTW - who is Jake Hartner? A relative of Shane Hartner, who is the sole director and shareholder of Legacy?

Their truck drivers are dangerous, one honked at me and tailgated me today through upper hutt because I had the nerve to use a passing lane and over take him. Then at the red lights glared at me with a look that could kill, all because he couldn't handle being over taken.

Your driver trying to back up a truck on whakatiki street with no TMP blocking up 2 lanes for more than 5 minutes needs to have their drivers license revoked. Bunch of amateurs.
