Absolutely fantastic service! Really easy to deal with, very knowledgeable and made the whole bathroom renovation experience a simple one. Super accomodating on swapping things we needed to and always doing it with a smile. Products were of very good quality with a low price point. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Decent chaps! Had a minor maintenance issue that had me stumped, nothing to do with them except that it was in a shower, I talked it over with them and we worked out what I'd missed. Very patient with an absolute DIY noob, all worked out great. Would definitely buy from them if I had something to buy :)

Terrible customer service. Wouldn't allow return of shower door that was too big even though rang (prior to 7day refund period) to inform. They said we could exchange for a smaller door. When we went in the smallest they had was 950mm which our builder said was still too big. Asked for a refund. It was now past 7day refund period and apparently since we didn't quote the word 'refund' during our ph call, we were not entitled to a refund when they didn't have a suitable product. Will never use Lennox bathrooms for our renovation projects again.

Just renovated my bathroom, got the whole set from Lennox bathroom, at an affordable price and with good design. The overall effect looks even better than I have expected. Neo is very responsible and knowledgeable and he gave me lots of support about the renovation. Thanks Neo.
