Campbell and Glen put together a house package for me. We decided to go with Location Homes because of their reputation for high quality and on time delivery. Would definitely recommend to anyone. 5 star service.

The overall experience left a lot to be desired. The project manager clearly needs training in customer service and accountability. We had to repeatedly follow up tasks completed, and even then, follow-through was inconsistent at best. Communication was frustrating and often nonexistent. To make matters worse, the franchise seems uninterested in receiving or responding to feedback. The one bright spot in this experience was their salesperson — she was truly outstanding. Professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Without her, this would have been a completely negative experience. In the end, they built a house — but not a home. That human connection and care, was missing.

Location Homes built our home this year and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The quality of the build is outstanding, and every stage of the process was smooth and stress-free. They delivered on time, communicated clearly throughout, and genuinely worked collaboratively with us as the owners to make sure every detail was exactly how we envisioned it. We had a wonderful experience building with Location Homes. From choosing materials to meeting deadlines it was all pretty seamless. Our Project Manager and Tradies communicated well and were very respectful of time commitments which was appreciated as we had a young family to juggle. Overall a good experience and a fantastic finished project.

With a very tight budget and a clear vision of what I needed, Location Homes made my dream a reality. It’s easy to feel like because you’re not a big spender and love to do things on budget, Location Homes still made me feel important and any concerns were listened to. The tradies are fantastic and work so tirelessly to give you a home you love and are proud of.
