having worked with Matthew and his team on a high end substantial home in Arrowtown I can highly recommend Matthew. He is a young guy with an old head on his shoulders, which I saw first hand gave him a fantastic ability to resolve the myriad of issues that arise on complex architectural builds. While we provided and installed the Nudura ICF solid wall system, Matthew demonstrated he had a strong background in efficient building systems. I couldn't rate Matthew Lucas Building highly enough. They built one of our Hanley's Farm houses in Queenstown. The end result was fantastic.
