From my first meeting with Derryn I knew I would be happy to work with MD Builders. It was not about the product at that stage, but about the people. Derryn came across as an up front and honest person. I was looking for my 'forever' home and they have been extremely patient, and accommodating with the many questions I had, and changes I wanted. From start of construction Derryn stayed in touch and provided photos of the progress, with invitations to visit them to see for myself. I am now settled in my perfect 'forever' home and highly recommend getting in touch with Derryn and Mark if you are considering tiny house living. You won't be disappointed.

Mark and Derryn were amazing to work with. They made the whole process easy and stress free (from picking a design, colors, an addition of a bath tub, to delivery etc) with their prompt responses and knowledge. They are both genuine people who take great pride in their work. Any questions I had or changes that I wanted to the design was not a problem. I am so grateful that I found them to work with. I have, and will continue to recommend MD Builders Tiny Living to anyone looking to build a tiny house.

I have just recently purchased a 6m x 3m cabin. My requirements that I needed were never a problem for Mark and Derryn. I’m so happy with my finished product and have easily added in personal touches to finish my cabin off to become a hair and nail salon. Would highly recommend MD Builders. Great people to work with.
