I had a star sales manager and project manager who made the house building process a breeze. I built while living in another city and was apprehensive but I really couldn't fault a thing. I'm happy with my new home and the customer service far exceeded my expectations.

Fantastic experience with Mike Greer Homes. We are so happy with our new build, the customer service and communication was great, the design was easily changed to suit our needs, the standard of the build is excellent. Hayden was the best project manager we could have hoped for and the builders did an amazing job. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed with the issues that we had with our home. We have been in touch with the company for a long time. No reply to emails or phone calls. Because of personal issues, we have let things go. 3 deaths in 5 months. 6 in 2 years. I would never recommend this company to anyone. All we want is to have a home that we are happy with and someone to listen to our concerns. All correspondence with company is to have all excuses as to why they can't help. Please don't deal with this company.

Very useful information about the house we wish to call our home. Able to view plans and make alterations to suit our needs. Not to big but with plenty of light and access to the outdoor dining areas.

My parents built through Mike Greer recently, and throughout the build, the project manager was and still is fantastic! Can’t fault him, the rest of the company unfortunately, feels like they’ve got the money and aren’t interested in our concerns, or questions anymore. Since moving in we’ve also noticed a couple of things that have been installed that weren’t in our contract (lower quality products) but they didn’t seem to credit any difference for the final bill. The house is beautiful nonetheless, but the overall feeling myself and my parents have gotten, is very transactional. We were sent a link to book in a call with someone to talk about our experience and any issues we had. We’ve left countless voicemails and sent a couple of emails and it’s all radio silence. Not happy, and overall don’t feel like we received the best customer experience.
