Modbox Queenstown Limited

Modbox built our home in Fernhill in 2020. We worked closely with Joe & Ian, both of whom are extremely knowledgeable, & highly competent. Not to mention just really great guys. We did the majority of the project remotely, & this was not a problem with fantastic communication, multiple Zoom calls, & the Buildertrend app. We faced several challenges building during Covid, but Modbox were quick with solutions, & we sourced alternative products easily where necessary. Whilst Modbox are not the cheapest out there, we do think they are the best. Our house is so solid, unbelievably warm, & we absolutely love it. The aftercare is one of the biggest bonuses. Even now we contact Joe & Ian for advice / help with maintenance, & they always reply swiftly & get things done. We cannot praise Modbox highly enough. 100% recommend.

We are very thankful to find such skilled and passionate builders in Joe, Ian and team at Modbox Queenstown. In our case, we wanted to progress with the build during Covid lockdowns and they were on hand to help (with limited impact on the schedule). Importantly the team showed great care and skill to deliver on the design for an airtight house. After the build, Joe made himself available to us, demonstrating his love and passion for his projects.
