I just want to say thank you to Jesse and the team at Modo for the fantastic service we received. Jesse was instrumental in helping us chose out carpet and vinyl. It exceeded our expectations and we are super grateful to Jesse for his expertise and advice, he really knows "his stuff". I also want to mention how Jess worked with our budget and delivered, I couldn't fault a thing in this process. The workmanship in laying the floor was superior, even down to carpeting the new wardrobes we had installed. We thought how fancy is this! We feel as though we've brought a brand new house rather than renovating it, its made such a huge difference to our home. I am super glad you told me to "trust you" on choosing the vinyl for our kitchen because it is just amazing. So thank you, Jesse and thank you team for everything you have done for me and my whanau.

Modo Flooring delivered outstanding workmanship— the quality of the carpet laying was second to none. However, the overall experience was marred by inconsistent customer service and poor communication. One staff member's dismissive attitude, and unclear explanations about charges for unused materials left me feeling undervalued as a customer. While another team member stepped in with excellent problem-solving skills, the inconsistency overshadowed the positives. Despite the impeccable installation, the service experience fell short of expectations.

Jesse and the Team at Gisborne Modo were extremely helpful with Tiles and Carpet advice and supply when completing recent Repairs to our bathrooms, bedroom and living area. The service was friendly and efficient. The Carpet layers they organised were amazing. Would highly recommend them.

Modo provided the flooring in our new Hospice shop on the corner of Gladstone Road and Peel Street. Excellent to deal with, happy to accommodate our ever changing timeframe, great product and advice. Work was completed quickly and to a very high standard, including difficult floor prep. Big thanks to Chris and the team.
