MTP Renovations & Maintenance

We entrusted MTP with our kitchen renovation after an initial consultation where Dean’s enthusiasm, energy and suggestions for the renovation was head and shoulders above the other companies we contacted. The whole process was smooth and the final product was everything we wanted. Some changes and amendments we needed were met with a can-do attitude and were immediately implemented. We have worked with MTP on two separate projects now and would happily use them in future. After some damage in the floods which was extremely stressful, Dean and the team did all the repairs for us and made it an entirely stress-free process. They showed professionalism, the whole team were kind and understanding, and communication was great. Very happy.

After the flood, the whole process could've been a nightmare, but the way Dean and the team came in and dealt with it made the whole thing a million times smoother. If I left it to the Insurance company contractors, I'd be waiting for months and months. I found their knowledge, honesty and integrity to be next level. Dean and his team provided services to our property management company which looked after 250 properties across Auckland for over 10 years. Anything we, our owners and tenants needed was never an issue and with Dean and his teams expertise they saved our owners thousands of dollars and ensured our tenants continued running services that were kept operating at all times. We also did many restoration and renovation projects for our rent roll while the properties were vacant, which not only provided future tenants with better living accomodations but also invested and protected the investments and returns of its owners.
