Every step of the way we were kept up to date, we were included in decision making and we always felt heard and understood. All of our special requests, and there were a lot of them, such as upgrades and even changes to the floor plan were dealt with quickly and efficiently and were never a problem for the Navigation Homes team. Navigation Homes is a family centric business that maintained fantastic communication, provided weekly updates through their app, and most of all listened and adapted to our needs throughout the build. The house was built to the same high standard and finishing we saw in their Show-homes. Being Master Builders, it was also very easy to follow-up with them to get tweaks and minor touch-ups sorted, even months after completion.
