Scott and his team did a fantastic job building a oversized garage, retaining walls, pool and surrounds. Always easy to work with and had very good sub contractors. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Scott and use again for our future projects.

We undertook an extensive renovation of a 1920's Villa. Scott guided us through it with lots of practical advice and we found his experience invaluable. The guys on the project, particularly Paul, were professional, hardworking and considerate of the family as we were living in it through part of it. We have a great result and I highly recommend them.

The team at Ninety45 undertook a significant renovation at our family home last year. The house itself is an old villa so as with all "character" homes it wasnt without its challenges! We are delighted with the end product and it has changed the way we live as a family in the house we have called home for over 10 years. The guys on the tools (Jas and Richie in particulalr) were quality tradesmen and they kept us informed of how everything was going and stuck with the job even through the inevitable few setbacks that required re-work from our architect and engineers. Given we stayed in the house through the renovation its a testament to their professionalism that the work was completed to such a high standard. Ninety45 was one of three builders we invited to tender for the complete renovation and extension of our Mt Eden villa. From the moment we met Scott, we were put at ease with his professionalism. His guidance through what was our first renovation project - a daunting task - was invaluable He is a great communicator. He worked very well our architect and engineer and the council to get the project completed on time. He and his team suggested several changes along the process which we believe delivered a better outcome. Our project was the first that our architect and Scott had worked together on, and our architect has gone on to recommend Scott to several of his clients - a testament to the quality of Scotts work. His team of carpenters, and sub contractors were fantastic.
