I built a house in Meadowstone Street Timaru in 2021-22 and can say that Nolan are best-in-class builders! Any building project comes with its share of challenges and stress, but Nolan make it easy. They commit themselves to a high level of quality and don't take any short-cuts, and their structure and transparency makes an otherwise complicated process a breeze. I would highly recommend using them for your next project.

We recently undertook a major renovation of our 1935 character home in Timaru with Nolan Building Ltd. The renovation brief was very technical. The work took more than 12 months to complete which we expected from initial discussions. During all steps of the process, we were in awe of the skill set and workmanship of the builders. We were able to be very involved with the build with weekly catch up’s which we really enjoyed. Dan and Kay were excellent communicators and were always available. The costs were relayed weekly and the budget estimate was regularly revised so we had an indication of the total cost ahead of time. We think Nolan Building Ltd are the best builders in our region and would highly recommend them to anyone requiring building work.
