The second visit we made here we were sitting at a table very confused about how to go about things and a very nice lady Gail came to us and was absolutely marvellous. She covered everything we needed plus more for our bathroom renovation. After a really unpleasant experience at Plumbing World, my plumber told me I should shop at Oakleys and he was right! I always assumed (wrongly it turns out) that Oakleys would be out of my price range but the staff go out of their way to find something to fit your budget and ensure that items get there on time.
