Rob and Sebastian from Own Space were great to work with. From the initial renovation communication to quoting/budget, advice and their quality of work was all excellent. You could tell they were experienced, we could not fault them and we would use them again and of course recommend to others.

When we decided to do a big renovation of our home we had no hesitation asking Seb and Rob to do it as they had completed an earlier reno on our home to an excellent standard. Professional job, great communication, great team. I fully recommend Own Space for any building work.

Ownspace were excellent and produced a very professional result that we are very happy with. We are a body corporate and had some tricky water damage to remediate. As chairman, I found Rob to be very open, communicative and professional. While other companies we approached were slow and costly, Rob was prompt, provided options, detailed quotes, organised sub contractors, corresponding contracts which protected us, and ongoing updates throughout the job until we were happy with the end result. He even informed us when we overpaid on a progress payment! Not many have good experiences with situations such as this, however Rob made a difficult situation a real pleasure. I’d strongly recommend Ownspace and Rob to anyone considering building work. Honest Kiwi service and value for money.

Rob and Sebastian did a great job of fixing my garage after flooding. The quote was very appropriate, they were timely in responding. Rob communicated well, the site was kept tidy at the end of the day. Rob and Sebastian did great quality work and I was very relieved not to be worrying about ongoing garage flooding or wetness. We are extremely pleased with the quality of work, communication and attention to detail of the whole team. We set high expectations and they were exceeded at every step for our substantial renovation of our Campbells bay house. Work was delivered on budget. For us it was the little things that made the difference too such as the positive engagement with our young family (who had never ending questions) , and the way our pets became part of their rhythm. Highly recommended, and we valued their approach so much that we have invited them back for another project.
