Precision builders have completed 4 renovation jobs for us over the past 15 + years. These have ranged from replacing old timber windows to a large overhaul and revamp more recently. John and his team are highly professional, easy to communicate with and all materials used were top notch, attention to detail is excellent. We were always consulted, kept up to date, the team and John were mindful we were living in the house and took all steps make this as smooth as possible for us. Clean up happened at the end of each day and we were informed what would happen next and what time to expect them. John and his team went above and beyond when necessary. We highly recommend Precision Builder for a very professional job.

John and his team have done a couple of building projects for me now. John was absolutely brilliant I rung him and he came straight around and quoted me on the jobs told me what was being done and when they could start. Once I accepted the quotes they started within a couple of days. His team were really friendly professional guys. They did an excellent job cleaned up after the job and left it perfect. I would recommend John to anyone such a friendly helpful man made me feel like nothing was too much trouble.

Precision Builders did a wonderful job renovating my 30 year old ensuite. They were careful working in my home. John spent time discussing with me the options for the space available (very small!) before the final layout was decided. The result is stunning and I've now got a bathroom I delight in using.
