We cannot say enough about how amazing working with Premium Homes has been. We had a rebuild through the Natural Hazards Commission and Premium Homes was with us from nearly the beginning of the process. They guided us to find the engineers, architects and other experts to work through the complexities of rebuilding or repair of our former home. We now have a home that is beyond our expectations, the finish is of a very high standard and they anticipated our requirements for something that resembled the bungalow we had, recommending ideas to add character. Their work and that of the contractors is of a very high standard. We also used their recommended suppliers and again they delivered options that worked for us and to a very high standard. It is not just the building itself, Premium Homes project management and quantity surveying services meant we knew what was happening the whole way along and any issues were resolved and worked through as they arose. We love our new home, and we would definitely recommend Premium Homes. We are also lucky enough to have some Foreverbreathe wooden floors and bathroom and would love to have a whole Foreverbreathe house.

1/4 of a million dollar home have been instructed to not fix any defects for several weeks I'm am absolutely shocked. Nothing has every been simple with portable premium homes. The house itself is lovely the owners are approachable and nice but the rest of the staff communication and constantly saying they are unable to recall that conversation how many times throughout this whole process showing no competency or professionalism in the end, every step of the way something has always gone wrong: windows, plumbing ect . I'd recommend to get everything in writing and double check everything I'd make sure they complete each stage to a high standard before payment, even if they threaten a late payment % fee. The site manager won't allow staff to plane my bedroom door down 2mm until a few weeks from now "so the house can settle" and it's already off its only gonna get worse the more it settles, I've been in the construction industry for years I'm not bloody stupid, trying to shift blame. The carpenter said it was managements instructions to not do any work on the list of defects so premium homes will take 1/4 of a million dollars quickly but be slow / not fix the most basic thing on the list which is the bedroom door that will only take at a push 10 mins. It honestly appears so money hungry and lazy when they will know you are suppose to have a 2-3mm gap between door and frame for expansion again this was the easiest to fix. The house is nice the owners are lovely but this honestly feels like they took our money, finished the job this week and now they don't wanna know now. A real let down to have consistent issues.

David, Kelvin and their team were fantastic with helping us navigate the process with NHC under the on-sold owners scheme. Workmanship on the home was superb and they worked within our very tight budget to also complete homeowner additional works without adding pressure. They provided excellent levels of expertise and honest advice and took the time to understand what we wanted. No question was too small which we appreciated. We highly recommend using these guys. They were always friendly and professional and prompt with any queries or requests. They understand the stress of dealing with quake damage and they helped us every step of the way.
