We are absolutely delighted with our Premium Portable Home. They communicated and helped us along the way and delivered when they said they would deliver. Perhaps a little more detail on what we would need to do eg, foundations etc would have been helpful, but overall we are very happy with the end result and how it was built/delivered. I recently purchased a relocatable house from the team at Premium Portables at Whites Road, Ohoka and I couldn’t be more delighted with my new home! I was initially a bit nervous about downsizing, but this tiny house has exceeded all my expectations. The design is incredibly well-thought-out, using every inch of space without sacrificing comfort. The craftsmanship is top-notch; everything feels solid and well-built, and as soon as I walked in it felt like I had come home. The layout is clever and makes the most of every inch of space. Initially a three bedroomed home, I had the plans changed to incorporate a walk-in pantry off the kitchen as well as a large craft room. Nothing was a problem, and the changes I made to the plan were carried out with a flair and expertise beyond my expectations. The natural light flooding through the windows in the home aswell as the amazing skylight over the kitchen island creates such a feeling of light and openness. I couldn’t be happier with my decision! From the very beginning Matt, Taylor-jane and the team was incredibly helpful and friendly. Not only that, but they are all very knowledgeable and passionate about their tiny homes. Taylor-jane has a wonderful sense of style and her advice was invaluable. What truly sets Premium Portables apart, though, is their commitment to customer satisfaction. They made the entire process enjoyable from initial consultation to final installation. The house was delivered onto quite a tricky site but it went smoothly on the day and the team delivering it were amazing. It was such an exciting and emotional day – I will never forget it! I highly recommend Premium Portables to anyone looking for a relocatable home. Their professionalism, quality, and customer service are top-notch. It’s not every day you find a company that genuinely cares about your happiness—and this one does. You won’t be disappointed!

I knew from the very first day I walked into Premium Portables and met Matt and TJ that they were incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about their product. Their customer service, and open honest conversation about what will and won't work in a Tiny Home was invaluable, and their eye for detail is top notch. It was clear as I moved through the process of my build that all the staff subscribed to the same vision of delivering a build to a very high standard with attention to the detail. TJ's interior designing skills matched with Matts buildings skills is a perfect combination to deliver a seamless result. Nothing was a problem for the team. We had a tricky entrance to the property and when the trucking company came to view the entrance they informed us of what we needed to do prior to delivery, and the delivery went very smoothly. Matt, TJ, James, Caitlynde and the whole team at Premium Portables have been amazing to work with. We have had many compliments on our unit and tenants lined up already. The actual build only took a few months thanks! Lastly, we have been very impressed by PP’s responsiveness and proactiveness to small issues that came up, changes we made along the way and changes to timeframes.
