We recently completed a two-townhouse build with Ash and Tracey Turner from Primesites, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire journey from start to finish. When we were shopping around for quotes, Ash was the only builder who took the time to personally visit the site and assess the project’s feasibility in person. That proactive approach immediately set him apart. Once we decided to move forward, Tracey guided us through the planning process with incredible patience and clarity, explaining every step so we always felt confident and informed. Throughout the build, communication was excellent. Both Ash and Tracey were hands-on, keeping everything running smoothly and addressing any questions or concerns quickly. Their team of highly skilled plumbers, builders, sparkies, and painters worked efficiently and with great attention to detail, producing quality results all the way through. The entire build was completed in just seven months, and any minor issues along the way were handled professionally and without delay. The end result is two beautiful, high-quality townhouses that we’re extremely proud of. We can’t recommend Primesites enough Ash, Tracey, and their team deliver not only exceptional homes but also a seamless, enjoyable experience. My partner and i were excited to build our dream home with Primesite Homes and excited to move in at the end of 2020 but after my partner passed away shortly after its completion iam genuinely disappointed with the lack of communication from Primesite i have several concerns that require attention but no response from Primesite Homes. Then i had a path up the side of my house that had dropped so i decided to pay a contractor to dig it up and re-pour a new path when we dug it up we found there was no steel in the path still no response from Primesite Homes As a tradesman to another, all I am asking is for Primesite to stand behind their products and their workmanship unfortunately this is not what has happened if they have forgotten to put steel in the path what else has been forgotten Very Disappointed.

Very helpful. Provides great information. Looks after during building process and after the build is completed. Uses good quality material and provides very satisfactory services. Very happy and highly recommend to anyone who is looking into building a new home
