Paul and his team have recently completed an upgrade of the kitchen bathroom toilet and small laundry in my rental. All estimates and quotes were spot on and communication from all involved who I was able to meet was excellent. My tenant was mostly able to stay during the work and agrees with my comments. Paul, at Pro1 Property Management, organised and managed an upgrade to our bathroom. This involved removing our old bath, installing a new toilet and shower. Paul provided an estimate for the job, which included a sum for unexpected contingencies. He provided a detailed itinerary of the job with the names of the various subcontractors and their scheduled times. The job was done on time, with some additional tasks not covered in the original estimate (e.g. installing a new tempering valve to the hot water cylinder, reflooring and painting the loo) happily undertaken. Friendly, helpful staff minimised the distruption to our life, and the job came in below the estimate :). We would thoroughly recommend Paul and his team Mike and Marion
