We recently bought a Progressive Property and watched it go from start to finish in 9 months, it was such a fun process and they were very accommodating with interior design changes that were important to us. AVOUD THIS DEVELOPER AT ALL COSTS! I'm writing this review as a warning to others: beware of Progressive Properties and their complete disregard for customer satisfaction. We purchased our dream home from them, only to discover some minor defects that were supposed to be covered under their guarantee. Despite multiple attempts to get them to fix the issues, Mario Wernli as part of Progressive Properties has failed to honor their commitments. The defects have not only caused significant inconvenience but also financial inconvenience. It's clear that they prioritize profits over people and don't stand behind their products. We've tried to work with them, but their lack of responsiveness and unwillingness to take responsibility for their mistakes is appalling. If you're considering purchasing from this company think twice. Their poor customer service for faulty workmanship is not worth the hassle. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR HOME
Very nice designed and built house. We enjoy it a lot. Communication was excellent and whole process was well organized. Thank you Mario and Ilyn. If I need another house I would definitely go see them again.
I recently purchased a new home from Progressive Properties. From the first conversation to punching in the code to my new home, the experience was smooth and worry free! Working with Mario and the team has been easy. The build quality and timing was delivered on time and to spec! Communication was always prompt and questions answered in a timely manor. Can't fault this company and would recommend to family and friends.
