A big thank you to Jess and Christina! You both really helped us to come up with our final design for changing the entire layout of our home downstairs. We didn’t know exactly how we wanted things to be but you come to our home, measured up and came back to us with some excellent thought out ideas. The amazing digital images you showed us of what our house would look like were very inspiring and really helped us to visualise everything. We couldn’t have got to where we are now without your designs. We would highly recommend you both to others and wouldn’t hesitate to use your services again. We engaged the team at Projects at Home in late 2023. We'd previously had a not-so-great experience with a couple of other local designers, so we were a bit apprehensive. But right off the bat as soon as we met Jess and Christina, we knew they were the right fit for what we were seeking. They listened, understood the brief, and took into account how we lived in our home. They came back with 3 options, one of which was a wildcard and we loved it! So fast forward to the second-half of 2024, we undertook a full house renovation. Our tired circa-1940, with an unsympathetic 80s extension was transformed into an awesome space. They swapped our living areas giving us flow into our backyard and gave us storage where there was none and more! We absolutely love our new space. The renovation took around 3 months...understandably as it was a big job there were some things to work through, but it all worked out well. We got a space that suits our family, and will for years to come. Jess and Christina are amazing, and figured out our design issues where we couldn't see solutions. If you are thinking about working with them, do it, you won't regret it!

I would definitely recommend the team at Projects at Home to anyone looking to complete a home renovation. From the first meeting with Jess and Christina I felt really supported and they immediately took away my sense of being overwhelmed to take the first steps. They both showed a genuine interest and respect for my needs and wants. Their practical approach, energy, attention to detail, and ideas inspired me beyond expectation. Communication was excellent and, with great back up from Rachel and Annie, I felt in the loop at all times. The team organised and worked with a great team of tradies and fitters who completed their work professionally and on time. I am delighted with my new space and acknowledge and thank everyone involved in the process.

We engaged Jess & Christina after meeting them at the Lower Hutt Home & Interiors Show. We met with a few other vendors at the home show, but once we met Jess & Christina we knew they 'just got' what we were trying to achieve, and we really connected with their warm, down to earth personalities! We engaged the team to help us scope and plan our whole house renovation. Being first home buyers and complete renovations novices, we got huge value from their services as we worked through the many, many iterations of plans. We really benefited from their renovation experience, and they introduced us to lots of clever space saving and value creating ideas to help improve our plans. We really appreciated their regular and detailed communication with us, and the way they balanced getting on with things, and making us feel like we were still in control of the process.

I cannot recommend Projects at Home highly enough. Their design advice for our kitchen, dining room and entranceway reno was practical, stylish and cost-effective. Christina, Jess and the team helped draw out our vision and ensure our kitchen diner would work well for our family over the long-term. They came up with a great option of reusing a lot of our existing kitchen cabinetry, saving us thousands of dollars while still looking completely modernised. We also used their Management service (which we were initially on the fence about) and are so glad we did. Their trades were all great and as busy working parents we appreciated having someone else coordinating the whole thing because, as I learned, it’s A LOT of work. Their organisation meant that we were affected as little as possible, as we remained in the house with pre-schoolers for all but three days of the renovation. Long story short. Projects at Home saved us time, money and our sanity. Thanks ladies.
