Purge cleaning and renovation services

contacted this company to clean my brand-new home. When they came to see the job, they seemed very keen and professional. They quoted $650 for a deep clean, explaining that the job would need at least 3 people and around 6–7 hours. I showed them the property and clearly explained that it was a deep clean, and they agreed to do it & we agree with $650 . On the settlement day, I let them in and left them to work. After just 3 hours, I got a call saying the property was cleaned. When I arrived, they assured me they had done a great job, and I trusted their word without checking properly — which was my mistake. After they left, I noticed the bathrooms were still dirty. Luckily, they hadn’t gone far, so I called them back, and they quickly re-cleaned the three bathrooms, which surprised me. However, after we moved our things in, we realized that they had only cleaned surfaces from the outside. The drawers still had visible sawdust, and it looked like they had used blowers to push dust underneath instead of properly wiping it out. I ended up having to call another cleaner to fix the mess they left behind. Overall experience: Not recommended. Poor attention to detail and did not deliver the deep clean as promised.
