We had a very positive experience with Phillip and the Ravenstone team. On time and on budget are not often heard these days where builders are concerned. Ravenstone were spot on with both and more reasonably priced than others. We invested time and effort in design before we started, so no stuffing around with variations. And we are very happy with the outcome. Will we work with Ravenstone again? Absolutely.

I was renting with this company . For 3 years . Within the 3 years we had 4 different property managers. The last lady Jacqui was so rude . She had expected us to move out the house and have the new tenants to move in the next day . Then lied about damages . Tried to pin things on us that was previously there ( we had the contract ) . Jacqui continue to lie to all our house applications.which made us not get a house . Then told us she was taking all our bond . Turns out they couldn’t cause we lived there for that long . this company also charges over priced cleaning services . Jacqui was not professional. Not nice woman to work with . I do not recommend this company esp if she works there . We had an awesome lady called Lyn whom worked with us for the first 2 years and a half . But Jacqui is a whole Karen . Be weary of her . She’s quiet until you have to deal with her over the phone.

Our encounter with this establishment, overseen by the owner in question, was a harrowing experience that no one should have to endure. It is imperative that we share our unfortunate ordeal to protect fellow tradespeople from falling into the same predicament. Upon taking on a job for this company, we anticipated a standard working relationship with professional conduct. However, the reality was starkly different. Our initial concerns arose when the owner consistently evaded requests to inspect the job alongside us. This blatant reluctance to establish clear expectations and mutual understanding set off alarm bells. The situation took a turn for the worse when we issued an invoice after a week of meticulous work. Instead of engaging in constructive dialogue to address any potential issues, the owner simply complained without providing any coherent feedback. This lack of transparency was baffling and raised serious questions about their commitment to fair business practices. In our quest to resolve any grievances and maintain professionalism, we made multiple attempts to arrange on-site meetings to discuss the owner's concerns and identify potential problems. Shockingly, our calls and messages went unanswered, reflecting a disturbing lack of communication and cooperation. Even when we persisted in our efforts to reach an understanding, the owner resorted to flimsy excuses about having enlisted someone else for the job. This abrupt shift in direction without prior notice left us doubting the owner's integrity and sincerity as a client. We expended a significant amount of time and effort, dedicating a full eight hours to the project. In the event of legitimate concerns or issues, it was only reasonable to expect the owner to meet us on-site for an assessment and swift resolution. Regrettably, this reasonable request was met with unwavering resistance and refusal. In conclusion, the owner's behavior strongly suggests a deliberate attempt to evade payment and an eagerness to find excuses to avoid financial obligations. We implore all future tradespeople to heed this warning and exercise utmost caution when considering any dealings with this company or its owner. Their track record of untrustworthiness and unprofessionalism makes them an undesirable and risky business partner. Protect your interests and reputation by steering clear of such associations.

Phillip is fantastic to deal with. And a great builder. My house was built with quality products and exceeded expectation. It also was a speedy process. Thanks to Phillip and his quality team surrounding him.
