Dave managed our kitchen/dining renovation for us last year. We particularly appreciated Dave’s pragmatic approach and suggestions for design in the initial stages. We felt he really listened to what we wanted to achieve and was able to make practical suggestions to get the best out of a small space.

Dave and the team came up with a great concept to improve the space and liveability of my townhouse, within quite a constrained space. They were able to find the room to increase the space of the kitchen while still making the overall house still work and not feel at all cramped. I ended up with a great, stylish design for both the kitchen and bathroom, and I'm very happy with the install. Would definitely recommend them!

we had bathroom and kitchen reno, indoor repaint and creation of wardrobe through refresh. Dave is professional, has good ideas, is honest when something wont work and reworks things to stay under budget.outsourcing us to other services when he wasn't needed to keep it cheaper for us. After seeing a friend go with a different service to organize their reno and how bad they were it really showed me all the right things Dave did for us. thanks Dave. we are very happy with our work.

We have used Dave @ Refresh Renovations twice now, for two similar projects including new kitchens and bathrooms. Both projects were renovations of existing older style homes, and both were very successful outcomes. Dave has a very good eye for seeing the bigger picture, and has great control of his sub trades. have recently completed a major renovation of my apartment. This included fully stripping the interiors and adding two beautiful new bathrooms and a stunning kitchen, wooden floors and new carpet, and full insulation. So I digress. A neighbour below me had his apartment redesigned and renovated by Dominic Hollands and his team at Refresh Renovations West Auckland. I was extremely impressed with their workmanship and the final goal of a stunning apartment . In late January 2025 I commenced the design process with Refresh, which included Spin Designs Ltd. Refresh and Spin completed the design and submitted the plans into council. Kitchen design plans were formulated and several trips to meet the kitchen manufacturer were held. Nicole and Paul Wood with Spin Design worked in the background with the council. Nicole worked with me to finalise all the design aspects. Nicole’s design concepts for the new bathroom and kitchen were stunning . She pays close attention to detail and is always available to discuss and queries . Mid year we commenced the extensive renovation. The same builder team who did the work in the apartment below me started. Very few problems were encountered and those that were quickly solved. The site was left clean and tidy each night, which I appreciated. All trades were a pleasure to work with including the builders, plumber, tiler, kitchen installers and electricians . The plaster painter did an excellent job for me as well . So if like myself, you don’t know anything about renovating you would be well advised to use Dominic Hollands at Refresh Renovation . You are in very safe hands and will be guided by Dominic and Morag Burns through the whole process.
