This company refresh renovations has no integrity they totally ripped us off when we engaged them for a renovation which turned into a rebuild using all our budget leaving us with a framed only site. They did absolutely nothing to help us and took no responsibility..causing incredible distress. We had to refinance take on a mortgage and being pensioners had a large payment each week...we have managed to finish our house after 5 years of huge stress and have to sell as we cannot afford to live in it. Be wary as they do not back up the stuff ups of their franchisees!

If you are looking for a well run company who acts with integrity and communicates well, these are your guys. We have worked with Amber and Bronsan on a couple of projects now and would have no hesitation recommending them.

Bronson is super professional. Fast response and thorough with the project estimation. He is an excellent communicator and gave us both a worst case and a most likely estimation. I haven’t started the project yet (waiting for auction of the property), but I would definitely work with Bronson if we get the house
