Started a month later than initially advised despite being a time-sensitive job (water related). Very poor communication during this period, and no apology - just a threat to charge all costs plus admin fees if we cancelled job. Also no communication when starting or finishing job, or communication with tenants, despite requiring ripping up flooring. We had requested that leave part of the job for us (painting etc.) to reduce initial quote, however, this was ignored and work completed and charged anyway. Received on recommendation, but would probably not recommend. Not awful, but overall quite unprofessional.

What great service! Excellent communication, professional, friendly and polite staff, competitive price and excellent workmanship...in addition, left our building super clean and tidy - highly recommended.

I accepted their quote and paid a deposit after being told the job could be done in 2-3 weeks. Over a month went by, couldn't get hold of them. They finally partially refunded my deposit but helped themselves to $200. Completely useless.

We work with Richard and his team on a regular basis we find the two way communication from the office and site staff to be exceptional. I would highly recommend working with Richard and his team.

Corporate crook to cheat administration fee. Once you paid the deposit, they won't contact you any more. Each time you call them to ask the progress, they will say they'll arrange it right away and just waiting for their director's confirmation and they will call you back soon. But you will never receive any call from them. 6 months after the proposal has been put and 2 months after you push hard on it, they even haven't purchased any material. If you cancel the agreement, they will charge you $150 administration fee, even though there is no any actual administration work has been done except answering the calls.
