The short: We love ROCBUILD and the vitex deck they made for us! The long: We approached them with the initial idea for the deck layout we would like to have built, JJ and the team not only welcomed the brief, they also took initiative to suggest (and later implement) details that would make the deck work best, both functionality and aesthetically. We booked in months in advance to work with the availability of materials as well as the timings of the builders. JJ and the team turned up as scheduled and snapped right into work. We were kept updated on every step of the progress. It was a pleasure to deal with ROCBUILD. They are honest, friendly and professional. They have an immense attention to detail and are very proud of the work they put their hands on. We engaged ROC Build with the renovation of our 1920s bungalow in Mount Eden, which was in a dire state—damp, dark, and ill-equipped for modern living. We've absolutely loved working with JJ and his team. They delivered beautiful work and have brought us through the challenging experience of renovating our whole house in the face of market fluctuations, covid-related supply chain issues, and consent challenges to deliver us our dream home. Before we met the team, our project felt like it might be impossible at times — in particular with the many rules and nuances of living in the Waitakeres. There wasn't a thing on this renovation that didn't require attention. We met many tradies but few that brought the same can-do attitude and enthusiasm as the Roc Build team. We don't miss the building process but we do miss having the team around us now our project is complete! JJ and his crew have immaculate attention to detail, bring fantastic attitudes in the face of challenges, and always provided reliable advice and solutions to problems that would have otherwise been very stressful. I don't think we would've ended up with such a beautiful and practical home to live in if it weren't for JJ's ongoing support and advice. We highly recommend RocBuild for renovation projects and will definitely be calling on them again if we ever find ourselves facing down another project.

Awesome team at Roc Build Ltd! They extended both our old deck and front porch area and finished it all with beautiful Vitex decking — looks incredible. Super easy to work with, great communication, and the whole process was stress-free. Quality work from quality people. Highly recommend!
