He was professional, reliable, and clearly takes pride in his work. Turned up on time, communicated well, and delivered exactly what he said he would. Had some urgent remedial work needed doing on our rental property and Michael was responsive and also offered sound advice not to mention getting the work done in a timely manner. Sent a report with photos afterwards. I would not hesitate to use him again.
