Sentinel Homes Wellington & Kapiti

We chose to work with Sentinel because they understood our wishes and vision for our long and narrow site. We wanted bespoke architects and builders rather than something already on a plan. Being the second time we built, we knew what we were looking for and Hayden and his team could deliver that. We had the most fantastic builders and project manager, who had a great relationship with us directly and their craftsmanship was meticulous. Their finishes inside are flawless and we loved being across all the fixture and finishing choices. We are very proud of our finished home and what the Sentinel Wellington team created for us. We get lots of compliments and people often stop to tell us how much they love our home.

We used Sentinel to build our very first brand new home, having lived in 100+ villas for over 40 years. Hayden and Kylie (Sentinel Homes Wellington & Kapiti) were great to work with throughout the whole process. From the initial consult all the way through to handover. Our Project Manager (Todd) was great and very responsive. He took on board all our requirements and the changes we made on the way and the few speed bumps we encountered were quickly and smoothly addressed by Todd and Hayden. The team of contractors they bought together for our build were all outstanding and this is reflected in the very high quality of the finish to our new home. We would not hesitate to recommend Todd and his team and would use them again.

For us it was a no-brainer going with Hayden and his team. We had gone out for quotes with other companies and Sentinel were the only ones who came up to site and understood the challenges of our unique location. Their quote was considerably more detailed and price competitive when we saw what the other companies were omitting in theirs. Our team of builders were fantastic to work with and as we were looking for a bespoke finish, were adaptable to our many changes. The end result is a beautiful home, that is solid and has stands up to the extremes that the Wellington weather throws at it. Highly recommend.

Hayden and Kylie (Sentinel Homes Wellington & Kapiti) built our dream home. This was our first time building home but working with Sentinel homes wellington's team it became so easy and very satisfying. Also their App helped us a lot as it saved lots of time and very easy to communicate. We find building our home with them was one of the best decision we made. Everyone who visited us , they all praised the finishing and workmanship. That says a lot. we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Can only praise Hayden and Kylie in the house buying process. We brought an ex show home and have been loving how well thought out everything is. We were initially unsure how we would fit, coming from a larger 6 bedroom house, but we have found plenty of great storage space, and the layout of things ideal for our stage in life. It is a beautiful home and we have really appreciated all the little extras Hayden and Kylie have done for us to make it comfortable. 10/10 guys, Cheers.
