We had the pleasure of working with Ric and Sam on a recent project where we supplied the kitchen and laundry. From start to finish they were professional and a joy to collaborate with. Ricardo was a real craftsman when it came to building our architectural home on the Tutukaka Coast He and his apprentice Matt build our house from start to finish including interior finishes. His communication throughout the build was impeccable, he listened to us and our visions and came up with very creative and perfect solutions. Great eye to detail and every job was delivered to perfection. Ric also has great time management skills; during very tough times in the building industry he ordered materials well ahead of time so there were no delays in the building process. Even now after the build, we are still able to contact Ric in case any issues arise, e.g. after 2 years our glass shower door broke and after getting in touch with Ric, he straight away contacted the contractor who installed the glass, which then came and installed a new door, still under warranty. After 2 years living in the house we are still in love with it and Ric's creation for us. Thanks Ric :-)

Riccardo Butturini, is builder we used prior to his recent involvement with Sentinel Homes. I first met him as a young apprentice before qualifying under the watchful eye of a Master Builder that built our sons house. Some years later I had no hesitation asking him to build our house. Disclaimer first… Sentinel Homes Whangarei are family – Sam (Director) is my nephew, their apprentice is my son. Was a wee bit concerned when awarding them my new house build job that if things didn’t go well, it could get awkward, but all went well so no issues. Ric and his team have done an awesome job - completing my house on time, on budget and to a very high standard. Cannot fault them. Am stoked, my house is everything I wanted it to be.
