Sam and his team built our retaining wall and fence. They did a perfect job, we love the outcome. Throughout the whole process we had great communication. All the work was completed within the agreed timeframe and to budget. SGB also were adaptable as our requirements changed and handled that so well. Thanks SGB! I would definitely use them again.

We are impressed by the work SGB carried out on our 1930s home. A full re-roof, demolition of two brick chimneys, improvements to drainage and piles, and replacement of so many partially rotten weatherboards it was practically a reclad. Our sloping site with difficult access meant this required plenty of tough mahi, but the team were consistently up for the challenge in the best and worst of Welly’s weather. All work completed to a high standard and a few items coming in under budget when simpler fixes were found along the way. We would highly recommend working with SGB.

SGB construction recently completed a wonderful renovation on our (now) beautiful villa. Sam guided us through the whole process. My wife and I were kept well informed of any potential challenges or issues, as you would expect of such an old property. Jono as a site foreman had a great eye for detail, he and the SGB team took such care and effort to bring our home back to life. All aspects of the construction process were completed to a high standard, and finishing work second to none. We really felt that a lot of care was taken throughout the job.
