I have known Ankit since 2017 and he is an approachable and easy person to deal with, always willing to help others where possible. He has a natural talent for what he does and is an excellent problem solver, with a can-do attitude towards work and projects, while still remaining professional. Ankit has been a great help to me over the years on an project manager level, doing work for a different builder till he branched out into his own business and started SGP works. My first Residential development project at Lantana Road Green Bay was awarded to him from concept stage to Code Of Compliance stage and was done in record time and within budget. The quality of the finished product was of such high quality that the 4 houses sold at good prices even in the current recession. Having a natural ability for building new projects or just general maintenance, his building knowledge and skills are exceptional and I can recommend Irne to anyone looking to do any building work or general maintenance without any hesitation.

How I Found a Builder Who Cares About My Project and Money as Much as I Do and Makes Construction a Blast If you're thinking of building a custom home or a subdivision project, you might be feeling a bit overwhelmed and stressed out, especially with so many restrictions, requirements and technicalities. I know I was. But I also found out that it doesn't have to be that way. It can actually be a fun and exciting adventure, if you have the right builder by your side. That's what happened to me when I hired Ankit from SGP for my residential and subdivision projects. In this review, I want to tell you all about my awesome experience with SGP Works and why I think they're the best builder you can find. I was lucky enough to work with Ankit for the construction of my custom build residential home. I was blown away by Ankit Vaid, the owner of SGP Works, who was with me every step of the way. My home was built during the Covid peak when it was almost impossible to get any building materials because of the lockdown, which messed up the imports and the local production. But Ankit didn't let that stop him. He was on a mission to find supplies so that my project could be finished on time. He also managed to keep the costs under control during the crazy inflation and saved me from going broke because of the rising interest rates. The end result was a home that I absolutely love and adore. I wouldn't change a thing and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. He made the whole project a blast and a joy. I didn't feel like I was going through a super hard project because of my house being a very custom design and Covid messing things up. Because my residential project was such a success, I decided to give Ankit my 6 lots subdivision project. Ankit took care of everything, from the concept plans to getting the approvals from the council. He kept me in the loop and showed me the ropes so that I knew what was going on from start to finish. Once again, he made this project a breeze and I didn't feel like I was taking a huge risk. It was my first project and I trusted SGP Works with my life savings. Ankit is super smart and has a great can-do attitude. He has an amazing team that he leads by example. He treats every project and every dollar as if they were his own and delivers the best quality and value for money. He doesn’t shy away from providing honest feedback, when he feels that he needs to step in. He is always there, honest, and transparent. He goes the extra mile to make sure that his clients are happy and satisfied. I can't thank him enough for what he has done for me and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a builder who makes construction a blast. 10/10 Ankit.
