Shore Construction didn’t just build a house they built something straight out of Architectural Digest. Every line, finish, and detail screams craftsmanship. Nick had plenty of input in the build with lots of modern designs ideas and thinking outside of the box. I was too busy selling houses so I left building houses to the professionals. And they certainly delivered Nick made sure nothing was ever a problem and if it was he’d get it sorted straight away. Communication has been excellent. I engaged Shore Construction to build my new hi end home in Timaru in 2024 The build project was an architectural challenge which Shores rose to. The overall build time was about 14 months from demolition of the existing house until move in. I am extremely happy with the finished house.
