In mid-November 2020, I signed a House & Land Package agreement with Signature Homes Radney & North Shore for a property in Long Bay. From the very beginning, the entire process has been disappointing. The contract was modified at will (with the explanation that they had sent the wrong information), building materials were changed without our consent, and structural changes were made without consulting us. There were unreasonable delays in construction progress, and the quality of both the internal and external work was far below the agreed standards. Communication throughout the project was uncooperative and frustrating. The reason I chose Signature Homes was because I trusted their brand and believed I was paying a premium for a reliable service. However, the outcome was a complete disappointment, and to this day, I'm still dealing with issues related to my home. This is why I’ve left such a negative review. I don't want others to experience the same frustrations I have. I've posted this review online for some time now, hoping it would draw attention to these issues. This is my genuine experience.
