Signature Homes Showhome - Ravenswood

We had a very positive experience with the Signature Homes team during the construction of our new home in Kaiapoi. As first-home buyers, we had many requirements and questions, all of which were carefully considered by Jen, who was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. From start to finish, the entire build journey was smooth and well managed. The timeline promised to us was fully met by Project Manager Dean, Jen, and the wider Signature Homes team, and we were delighted to receive handover of our home before Christmas, exactly as promised. The quality of the building materials used is excellent, with well-known brands that give the home a premium finish and long-term assurance. The final result looks fantastic and exactly what we were after. We sincerely thank the Signature Homes team for their professionalism and support, and we would definitely consider building with them again in the future.

I had a very positive experience with Jen, Henry and the whole Signature team. I was getting prompt responses to my queries and no issues with my brand new build. Everything has been designed and implemented exactly as planned. I haven't done a single visit from Auckland to Ravenswood and everything was entirely made on the phone and via emails. Such a reliable team to deal with and I highly recommend. Most importantly, they finish one time and within the deadlines if not even before!

Such a great, personal and reliable team to work with! I found the process super straight forward. I'm a rather hands-off person and the team made it feel very quickly that I could trust them to get things done on time and to a really good standard. I found them all to be very nice to deal with and would certainly recommend Jen, Richie and the team to anybody looking to build new. Special shout out to Jen who made sure I was looked after from day one right through to handover (even post-handover to make sure I was still happy). Such a great team!

Had a very negative experience with Signature Homes North Canterbury, still waiting on remedials being done 2 years later. Poor workmanship & Project Mangement crooked skirting, holes where they went to install towel rails, missing hinges, laundry door too big doesn't close, concrete severely cracked, gaps in windows and skirting, door handles broken. Do not recommend this company at all.
